In most aquatic environments, sludge and biomass reduction is an important part in keeping water safe for fish and other aquatic life. With advances in aquaculture allowing higher concentrations of fish, as compared to those found in nature, the small amounts of these natural waste degraders is not enough. It is important to supplement these waste degraders to maintain ideal water quality.

AquaKlenz

AquaKlenz is designed to achieve and maintain high water quality in aquatic systems. It is especially effective in systems that are heavily overloaded with accumulated organic pollutants. By degrading these wastes, toxic levels of ammonia will be reduced. AquaKlenz is comprised of living systems of aerobic and anaerobic microbial strains fortified with a suspension of colloidal minerals and other trace nutrients to create essential micronutrients for growth of the biocultures. AquaKlenz contains mixed Bacillus subtilis species and other selected proprietary microbial strains, formulated to degrade and digest heavy concentrations of organic mass found on most pond and tank bottoms. It works in both saltwater and freshwater.

AquaKlenz is ideal for use in our OptiBac BioSystem, or as a seed bacteria for biofilters and ponds. With the addition of these essential nutrients for the bacteria, shelf life is extended and the bacteria has a longer life cycle.
